Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

The X-Wing is nice but we've had nice X-Wings before. The TIE fighter is just tits.

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

If he doesn't have either, it doesn't really matter if we've had an X-wing before, does it? I'll just say that personally I found the Tie Fighter a bit less interesting overall. Less interesting to put together, since it's mostly just assembling the two wings, and less interesting visually. It's still nice though.

:lol Fair enough.

Well, I will buy both at some point, though I think I'm leaning towards the Tie Fighter right now.

I win! :yess:

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

I saw the new R2-D2 set at the Lego Shop in Orlando this weekend. It is freaking sweet and a must-buy for me! Went to the counter to buy one and the guy said they sold out in 17 minutes. :(

He said a restock should come around the end of May.

Hey friend..I saw it to..Looked good..But I went with the Super Star Destroyer. It was on sale for two days only for $320..Plus I got my 20% Disney discount which knocked it down to $275 out the door..Great Deal plus the free Minifig..Nice

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

My Imperial Shuttle from the May the Fourth sale shipped from LEGO today, yay! :rock

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

I saw the UCS R2 set in the window at my local LEGO store on the fourth and it looks great with the "buzzsaw" arm and everything. Very cool set, so much better looking than the last one they put out.
