I ordered from Enterbay for the first time on Friday. Do they ever send any delivery or payment confirmation? I emailed customer service and they said to wait a few days for payment confirmation. You'd think it would be pretty quick. I did pay through paypal though.

For the Limited Edition Jordan I got the paypal confirmation, then EB's payment confirmation a couple days later. I didn't receive the delivery confirmation until the figure arrived.

I think that happens with them sometimes. You get the figure, then they send tracking details

not all the figures are defected ...but it's a lottery...


FOUND THE PICS of the defected mib bodies fixed by enterbay and shipping back to the costumer..

That Iron Man VI was not a mess at all. Nor were the leaky plastics. Nor were the Captain America shields.

I think there is room for better QC but over all I think ENTERBAY ROCKS!!!

no it doesn't you are right but for every eb release is a pain...after all...
anyway I own about 100 figures by hot toys and all are flawless..

only the bruce dx body had a little red stain on the shoulder but ht toys has allowed to me the defected body and shipped another new one..
this is what I define a wonderful cs service...

i have seen time ago the parcel of a iron man replacement shipped by hot toys...
which were the defects of your ht figures?

Ya'll use that laughter face way too much around here.

My Iron Man VI came with busted lights and Hot Toy refused.
My Marcus right came with a broke arm and Hot Toy refused.
My Avatar Jake had broken writ pegs and Hot Toy refused.
My Predator came with broken lights and Hot Toy refused.
My Iron man has pink undies.
Some cap shield are flacking.

The one time they did help me was with Dutch's broken leg and at that they sent me a red Hellboy leg as replacement.

But I tell ya what, you are fixed on saying Enterbay sucks so have at it.
Just remember that there is the rest of the world out there with their own experiences which are not the same as your own!

I did forget... they replaced my leonidas body with broken arm..
shipped by ems in 7 days...

Where you buy the product should have no bearing on anything.

If you put out a product, you stand buy it regardless where you bought it. Unless it's off some backstreet dealer of course.

when I bought something which it resulted defected for the first I write to the cs service of the company of the item bought,(because is not seller's fault if he has shipped a defected item, for every my delivery I ask a bulletproof package so the seller has done enough for me already) ...then if the factory takes too much time to deliver the replacement.. I ask help to the seller to accelerate the process (I take this chanche to thanks Troy from fanboycollectibles he has been superkind with me about a sideshow replacement )...
