The blonde with roots growing out was circa 1987 and the 'Billy Connolly' look was about 1990 ( a year later I had my head completely shaved) ahhh, youth, tis wasted on the young!

I'm actually airbrushing in this pic (I'm an illustrator by trade) back in the days before the Apple Mac and Photoshop destroyed the old skills... that said, I'm sure my lungs would be shot if I'd carried on that way, even with a respirator my snot was like a rainbow at the end of the day.
