I've been working out since I was 18 (now 32) and the last comp I did was in 2005, I competed at 165 on stage around 3-4% bf but I've taken some years to really build up and add mass (in 2007 I was 230lbs at 15% bf 5'8.5-9 btw) and my main goal is get around 185-190 and maybe some day at 200lbs around 3-4% bf. That would be heaven!!!

That would be awesome but all that hard work has paid off you're in awesome shape wish i had it in me to put all that work in but i'm just way too lazy.
