I'm also sweating bullets over Shane's 1/15 Allo.. wonder of Galileo could do one in the same scale ? Could be a nice display with both of them.. " drool "

Back to the point. Oh yes the raptor bust! I'll get some pics of it! Maybe hold it if he allows me to do it… the 1:15 allo is about the same size that mine right? but if Galileo makes one I'm sure it will be really well done and maybe in a dynamic pose… there are so many things I need to talk with him!!! lol I think I'll write the question first and record our conversation so I don't forget anything!

A 1/15 Allosaurus should be around 25" or so..that's what Shane's is at least I think. He also has a 1.15 Acro that is really nice..and we were just talking about a 1/15 Majungasaurus...he was wanting to do a Carnotaurus..but those are so overdone now.

We did also talk about a 1/1 Ceratosaurus head..I think he finds it a challenge. His normal style is to hide the teeth with lips ala a Komodo Dragon..but doing that on Ceratosaurus would be exceptionally difficult with those big choppers he has.

He did get the Dios on his site finally.

What he is doing with these is really cool, he's selling them as kits as well for those that prefer to do it themselves and he's doing each figure prepainted individually or as a set. Here's the big mama Rex on her own : https://www.geenemodels.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=78

So you can buy them as time and money allows. Much more reasonable for us always hard up for cash collectors.

Carnotaurus overdone? mmm that's new to me… but yes the Ceratosaurus is a good choice! The 1:15 Acro looks perfect to me, I love it's size!

Ohh yes! Guys do you want me to take a dinosaur toy (I don't know maybe papo or JP) to compare sizes of Galileo's dinos???

That would be a neat idea ! Most people have the Papos..maybe the Allosaurus ?

The deal with Carnotaurus is that ever since Disney's DINOSAUR came out it's been made popular. Just about every company has done one as well as most paleo-sculptors. I counted through my collection and found I had around 8 of them..and don't have every statue or figure either..even Safari is releasing a new awesome looking Carnotaurus this year. After what's already out there it's going to be pretty difficult to make a standout Carnotaurus. I suggest Manjungasaurus/ Majunatholus since it also has very distinctive head gear and is also a large abelisaur like Carno. If he depicted it feasting on another of it's own kind as there is some proof of it would be the first time cannibalism was shown in paleo-sculpture I believe..it would def be a stand out piece.

¬¬ I don't have the allosaurus u_U I came back to Mexico before it were even announced, I have the t-Rex, raptor, pachycephalosaurus, stego, triceratops, & parasauro…
And aboutthe Carnot, I only have one… and yes is from Disney's DINOSAUR movie, the big one, it was really hard to find (it wasn't released here in Mexico)
I'm goin to look forthe safari Carnotaurus that you said…

Ohhh that's the Carno! uff! I thought it was a green one… that is awful… thanks god it's not! =) I like the paint job on this one!
And I've already talked with Dan, he's a great guy, I'm planning to buy him the T-Rex vs Triceratops diorama from SSC… or the whole papo collection… but money is the problem u_U but well do business some day, that's a fact! =)

Aye, Dan will fix you up right. You'll love the Rex VS Trike Dio..I recommend going for it first..

Safari does have an older Carno..first made in grey then later a repaint in green and brown..but this new one easily trumps it !

about the contest, I have to desing a logo for my school (UPIIG IPN) it has to be simple innovative, and I need to use three colors: dark blue, grey and green.
The carreers that are in my school are: Pharmaceutical
, Biotechnology, Aeronautical engineering and Automotive engineering. And I want to include this topics on the logo...
