I received mine today.
If you check my tracking below, the item is supposedly still in the capital of Greece (Athens),
but I have it now in the city where I live (Heraklion).
The problem with the tracking is that it's not real-time and I suspected as such,
when I saw it was informed with activity from many days before and not on the last one or two days.
The international courier used (4PX), later shifted to another (CometHellas) when the item arrived in my country
and then again to another (Speedex).
The problem with these transitions was that the system wasn't informed with the new local tracking no.
After I called today the 2nd courrier, they gave me the tracking no of the 3rd courrier,
I called them to hear that the figure is with them from Monday,
but due to many parcels and few personnel they put it aside and forgot about it.
The person on the phone had the courtesy of saying an apology and if I would be home tomorrow to send it over,
after all that I had been through to find the figure's whereabouts, I went myself and picked it up.
If the figure had been send to me in Monday, it would have taken 20 days (3 weeks) to be here.
Luckily with the service used by Kit, I didn't have to pay any tax (thnx again Kit).
Kit also double packed the figure with another box and used bubblewrap and corner-protectors,
so my original box and items arrived undamaged.
I wrote all the above for info to others and if you see the tracking no "not behaving well", investigate yourself
as these days due to covid and black friday week a lot of errors and delays are happening.
After all the comments of broken accessories I checked inside the box to see that although 4-5 items were not in their spots,
nothing (thank god) was broken.
The side of the rifle near the handle was open, only to discover the cover was fallen off, at first I thought it was broken,
but then I realised it was made that way so that the handle could be de-attached.
My lamp is working but with very dim light, spurs, revolvers are ok.
I don't have space to put the figure, I have a new detolf to assemble before that, so my figure & parts were only inspected
and then back to it's box as with (sadly) my last figures.
Lastly a big thank you to Lim Toys for the quality and attention to detail on this figure
(e.g. engravings on back of the watch, magnets to hair & badge, book with sketches and writings).
I didn't purchase your Snake 'cause I am a fan of the earlier mgs games,
so I chose to buy the similar one from wjl toys because it was cheaper and I wasn't looking for perfection on that figure.
When Lim and Vts showed their preorders, I went with Lim 'cause this time rdr is an iconic game for me,
I remembered the good comments on their previous figure and decided to trust them on this one,
even if vts was/is also a respected manufacturer for me.
Kudos for your efforts, John will be also an instant preorder by me, the same will go for a snake based on the 1998 game.
