The Sideshow figure just looks like garbage compared to this new one. Haven’t pre-ordered yet but will soon.
Anyone happen to know if AlterEgo charges tax to ship out of state? There was a whole thing with SS and AE a few years ago, not sure how it shook out.

Doesn't it depend on the state? NY state will charge tax on anything being shipped to an address in their state. I only know because I'm a Canadian with ha US shipping address service and I get dinged all the time

Im in Indiana. We get taxed from AE. Heck, Indiana gets taxed on gas and even how nice your vehicle is through an excise tax. If you receive loan forgiveness in any way, you are taxed on it in Indiana....
Anyways, AE is a great company. If they had more flex pay options, Id buy more from them than I already do.
I would imagine lots of states are now charging tax to out of statue customers. I got an email from Alter Ego a couple of weeks ago letting me know that any new orders for out of state customers will be charged tax due to new policies.
I wonder have they improved the stability? It looks good but the face looks as unbothered as the SS version imo.

The face/mask accuracy is superior to the SS version and if you’d like to make him look even more menacing, it’s all in knowing how to position the rolling eyes.
We’ll see. Hopefully you’re right. In the movie he wasn’t that mean looking either, so I think it’s accurate, just in my head canon he’s a disemboweling Jedi killing maniac, so that’s how I want him to look.
idk well this is based on the film design so not sure what you would’ve preferred..
Man, I can’t wait for this guy. I’ll probably pose him in a way where you have his head angled down with the eyes looking up. It’d make him more “mean looking” imo. The eye holes would be downward too.
