hoping I can get a second from Kit if he gets more stock. This definitely is going to sell out and be sought after it's already a great release and I'm not going to lie. I got this and Artisan jack recently and I come back to Nate more then Anything it's seriously that great.

So! My copy from Kit made it finally. Bested the One Man's Hobby copy who had the lead, just in the final stretch.

But in the strangest of fates, I must have unwittingly picked the full Uncharted experience when ordering. Because after a significant detour, upon delivery, it ended up in my neighborhood parcel locker. But the door wouldn't open.

They key they gave me wouldn't turn the tumbler. Fiddled with it, futzed around, tried to get it to work, and it just wasn't happening. Took a step back and looked at the big picture - a door slightly displaced outwards compared to the neighboring boxes.

Turned out the post man jammed the box into the locker and forced the door shut, and it wouldn't let the tumbler rotate. Braced the door with my knee, freed the lock, and voila, tumbler instantly turned. Easy money.

My ******* Nathan Drake figure, of all characters, came with a real life puzzle to solve so I could get my hands on it.

Sam is a weird one for me.

I'd want him, but not if he was the second character announced. I wouldn't want him as the only companion piece for Nate but rather part of a larger Uncharted collection.

Elena is Nate's wife, she makes total sense but it sounds like Lim might not be ready to tackle a female just yet. Sully makes the most sense - he's in all four games, and he's Nate's best friend and mentor. Chloe makes sense to me because she's the only other playable character in the Uncharted franchise and appears in three of five games, and is mentioned in one more. And she's obviously got a history with Nate.

Sam though, he was only with Nate in one game (and Chloe in one more). He's Nate's brother so I wouldn't really say no, but he drives a wedge between Nate and Elena, and then Chloe and Nadine. He wouldn't necessarily be the character I'd want standing next to Nate on his own. Nate's already got Elena, or Sully, or Chloe next to him on the shelf then I'd feel differently, but Sam would have to be on the back end of a production schedule for me.

So do you guys think is more important to make secondary characters from Uncharted than invest that time creating main characters from other games? like Solid Snake/Big Boss, Kratos, Master Chief, Joel/Ellie, Lara Croft, etc, etc....

Of course I’d rather Joel, Ellie and Lara. But if Nate’s success means theres gonna be some kind of Uncharted line I’d want atleast Elena and Sam/Sully. Side characters probably won’t sell nearly as well, so realistically it’s probably not gonna happen. But one can dream right?

For Resident evil there’s mostly Ada figures and she’s not even a main character. There’s also three versions of Ashley which I think were a moderate success and she’s even smaller of a character.

No harm in more uncharted characters. I’d rather see Lim go deep into one line than just do the main character of 3 different lines.

Plus if Lim does go deep into uncharted or even red dead it will have me even more excited for the next line they do knowing they might go just as deep.

If they do MGS Delta I’m definitely gonna want an Eva, Ocelot and the Boss the accompanying him.

I’d argue that Ellie is a secondary character to Joel in part 1 yet she’s still essential.

Kratos already has an awesome figure recently released. And Lim have said they are already doing Joel and Ellie.

Master Chief would be an imposing looking figure but not really a halo fan.

Yes, no doubt about it.

I prefer a thousand times a complete line of Uncharted figures to any other character from other games (it's my favorite videogame saga, so the answer in my case is easy 🤷‍♂️).

I know it won't be a popular answer, but that's the good thing about tastes and opinions... everyone has their own and all are valid.

I absolutely want secondary characters. While Nate is the central character, what makes Uncharted special is the ensemble, the back-and-forth between the main cast, the unique dynamics between the various pairings.

You can have Lara Croft, Master Chief, Aloy, even Kratos (pre-Ragnarok at least) by themselves, and it makes perfect sense. But Nate is very rarely on his own.

I'm sure I'm like a broken record here but Master Chief NEEDS some love here. It's such a hole in the collection. And, at the least, the investment in tooling can be recouped with Red/Blue, and some basic armor variations much like McFarlane used to do. know that would be a gargantuan commitment to pull off, but I can hope.

I'd also really love a Deus Ex Adam Jensen but I think that ship is long sailed give that the entire next game and stufio got screwed over.

But as far as Uncharted goes? I think the problem is that any secondary character is going to be a hard sell without the face of the franchise readily available. Especially because when it comes down to it, it's an old guy with a mustache and a chick with a tank top, provided you're not connected to the franchise.

No one is buying those two on their own - in other words, Lim is largely maxed out on their ROI based on how many Nates are out there, and not every Nate buyer will purchase side characters.

An option, perhaps...do an Uncharted 2 or 3 Nate, and then release Elena and Sully to match that preorder. Offer a preorder/deluxe bonus option for those who have the U4 Nate which has the U4 costumes included for the figures.

I mean all things considered, I'm sure LIM has at least floated the idea of another version of Nate given the success of this one. I'd love an Uncharted 2 version most of all.

I’d be so down for an Adam Jensen both his jacket and tactical look! It’s such a damn shame we aren’t getting a sequel!

Lim has reissued their Arthur figure, so a reissue of Nate alongside an Elena or Sully might not be out of the question.

if they do an Unchsrted 2 Nate I hope lim captures the look and feel of uncharted 2 instead of a deaged/ alternate costume for U4 Nate. The dated look and feel is apart of the charm for me.

Nnnnope. I want Lim to focus on making a variety of characters from other games, not a bunch of Uncharted characters. Especially since for some reason, all you guys are wrong and think Chloe isn't the obvious second figure.

They’re already making Joel and Ellie, Kratos just had a very good figure released and that’d be redundant, I highly doubt Master Chief would be a big seller at this point. Lim had said they don’t want to do Lara as Master Team has done her.

I think plenty of people want a small line and not just a standalone character, so, yes. The answer is yes.

"I think Chloe is hot so all of you are wrong and I want her as our next dollie."

Butttt I do agree that Lim's talents are best spent exploring licenses that have no 1/6 representation. However side projects where they can capitalize on existing tooling may work in their favor. Once they have Aloy's body tooled, and they have a female base to work with, then Elena (or Chloe) could be a way to make some money back on that tooling investment.
