Nate has a slutty waist, y'all need to deal with that. Figure body is great imo.

Yes, even those visible neck, chest, and forearms are all getting their artistic representation. Looks great, but not accurate to said game model. I think it’s because the musculature would look too soft on production, but they’re cranking it too hard it ends up too jacked. The neck and chest are the only parts of Nate’s torso that exist on the model. LIM would have had to use artistic license on the rest of his body based on how the clothes looked, and his visible forearms.
I’m thinking really hard about preordering the second run.
Considering we don’t have the in game topless model to base it from.
I’ve said this exact thing and I thought I was the only one. I think the neck area is too jacked.I can’t agree with this unfortunately. The neck and torso on Lim body is too jacked. The torso I think is based on their Arthur body. If not the same, it’s modified based on that shape. I think RRX lined up the game model and Lim figure some pages back, in that I can still see the waist is too slim. So I can’t agree with that. The clothing gives a lot of factors too. Considering we don’t have the in game topless model to base it from. Looking at the neck and pecs alone, my take is Lim made an idealized body of Nate.
Lol but my point still stands. Even if the waist is slim, the hip needs to be a bit wider.
See, I think people are looking past it because the thirst of Uncharted figure. Lim made everything great, listens to us, and deliver a good product. So when it really arrived, it looked perfect to most of us. The issues about pants a bit short, shoes a bit big (to some), and my critics about the body, is not enough addressed. Because the good outweighs the bad. Lim had this too with Arthur’s hat, and the pants weathering. If you’re in this thread from the beginning, the jacked neck and forearms are being mentioned by members here when the prototype shown. I don’t think it’s changed, if it is, it’s still jacked. Lim still does a great job, I’m grateful, but I really think they are capable to be even better. I’m mistaken saying there’s no official topless Nate from the game, apparently there are photos. It’s the Warrior costume on multiplayer mode. Looking at it, I don’t think Lim based their body on this. JX Toys body is close, Sideshow too, but I think that model does look a lot like Blitzway Tyler Durden body or their counterparts, DamToys/VTS Toys muscular body. I intended using those bodies from the start to made U4 Nate, even before CC Toys came along, but never found the right pants.I’ve said this exact thing and I thought I was the only one. I’m tempted to try mine on the JXtoys body which I used on my Kai Nathan drake set.
I actually did also use the JXtoys body for my custom U4 Nate before Lim released theirs and the body proportions was closer to his body type in game. I agree the body lim is using is almost the same as their Arthur but some minor changes. They did good on the arms they're correct but I do think the chest is to broad vs how he looked in game this shot to me at the beginning of the New Devon chapter shows you a good Idea of Nates size, and also the shirt isn't supposed to be supper tight on him.Lol but my point still stands. Even if the waist is slim, the hip needs to be a bit wider.

It's valid though, we aren't saying it's a bad figure but again nothing will ever be perfect but these changes could have been fixed within the two years this took to release. Though besides the nitpicks this is one of the best releases to date and can't wait to see more figures from Lim.Y’all just invent reasons to complain. Give me a break![]()
No it’s not. We’re not complaining for the sake of complaining. Saying “invent reasons” is just ignorant and complacent. It’s all valid reasons and objective. I even said clothing have a factor on this and RRX also said that. It’s not perfect but it’s near. No one said it’s a bad figure, I’m just pointing out what could be done to match the model more, and if one have to modify it personally, then I will try.Y’all just invent reasons to complain. No complaints from me. It’s one of the best figures I’ve seen, especially third party, and I’ve been collecting 1:6 since 2008, but I will never apologise for wanting to tinker with figures and make them how I see fit.Y’all just invent reasons to complain. Give me a break![]()
