God. This list of mine changes all the time.

I'm not sure if these are really my 5 favorite, but they are nice and diverse and maybe would be my desert island picks.

Pink Floyd- Wish You Were Here
Jethro Tull- Thick As A Brick

Yeah, Hip-Hop won't reach the same level it did in the early to mid-'90's. Not with all that "ringtone" rap that's coming out lately. Fortunately there are people keeping it alive, like MF Doom, Madlib, Little Brother, Nas, Murs and so on.

Another fellow Hip-Hop Lover!!! :rock

Liquid Swords is just pure Genius (no pun intended).
Cuban Linx was waaaaay ahead of it's time a true classic.
IRONMAN was Ghostface's best effort of his career, he'll never be able to top it.

No love for Dre's The Chronic?

I had many a good times listening to that one back in the day.... :monkey1

Can't compare with the Wu.
Dre is way too soft in my opinion.

Nothing beats the Wu-Tang Clan !

well I know he's not gonna seal anybodys ass up and keep feedin'em and feedin'em, but its still good ****... :lol

That's 'sew' not 'seal'. :D

Yes, 'The Chronic' was a great album, but I can't compare it to the other stuff I listed. It's more of a party album than anything.

1. Couldnt have said it better.
2. He changed the game with that album.
3. He came damn close with Supreme Clientele, though.
