Well Nancy Grace wont have that. This has gotten the hair on her balls tangled up.

I wonder if the rehab thing was her idea or her lawyers.

I think they estimated that she would only spend 3 weeks in jail. Isnt this considered to be ducking jail? So she should have to do the full sentence now.

I think Shapiro said that Lohan would have to serve her sentence in jail in order for him to represent her.

Though I'm not sure how Lohan can afford Shapiro now.
