Looking for customizer to make a full Batman Forever Kilmer Panther suit figure.

Guess chances for Hot Toys to produce one is small.
Any customized can help ?
Do have one made before but the likeness is off and
the figure is a bit under size compare to the Hot Toys
made Batman figures.....

As much as I dislike the nipples, I really wish Hot toys would do this version after the Returns one.
