This is an awful situation that Sideshow need to address sooner than later. I'm sure they are talking about it and trying to isolate where the situation is stemming from, but for now I just wanted to say:

I'm feeling your pain King. For someone so obviously devoted to Legend, this is a pretty terrible situation to be in. And I hope for the best resolution for you.

Interesting thing, I just talked to Sideshow and in the past I have had to return 2 items, my first Darkness bust and 1/6 Vader, both times I had to send pix of the damage, this time they didnt even ask. Must have expected some calls

i spoke with SS this morning as well as i have put my black on shipping hold till monday to see what shakes out with any more of these. they claimed they have not had any problems with these busts and have checked all the ones in stock all of which had no problems ... hmmm, i'm, confused.

on another note i got the gi joe timber environment as well last week and one of the legs was cracked, and another leg had its paw about 3/16" too high off of the ground. they're sending a replacement so we'll see how this comes in ....
