Here is the 'about'

Lost Girl follows supernatural seductress Bo, a Succubus who feeds on the sexual energy (sometimes called "chi") of humans. Growing up with human parents, Bo had no reason to believe she was anything other than the girl next door - until she drained her boyfriend to death in their first sexual encounter. Now, she has hit the road alone and afraid. She discovers she is one of the Fae, creatures of legend and folklore, who pass as humans while feeding off them secretly and in different ways, as they have for millennia. Relieved to find out that she is not alone, yet horrified, Bo decides to take the middle path between the humans and the Fae while embarking on a personal mission to unlock the secrets of her origin.

With the help of her human sidekick, Kenzi, and Dyson, a sexy Fae working as a human police detective, Bo takes on a challenge every week helping a Fae or human client who comes to her to solve a mystery, or to right a wrong.

It's an alright show. I wasn't a huge fan at the start but the characters get better as well as the writing and I enjoyed it.

tried watching it, made about 1/2 through first episode and just didnt like it. Bo was pretty good character, but everyone else was just really poor acting and the story was eh. I think she could be a really cool character, but the supporting cast just wasnt very good.

Show brought back memories of "Moonlight" that was on a few years ago, did anyone ever watch that?

I also feel the writing is a bit weak. And well, it's from Canada, we know that the budget wont be as big as we'd like so the effects will be a bit poor. But if the show continues to do well enough here, then hopefully that will help their budget a bit.

How much of the show's content is sanitized for SyFy? It almost looks like a Showtime or Starz series from the trailer.

I believe just the language is what I read. Beeped out I think. Other than that they are keeping it the same. In Canada it's in its second season already. So Syfy has to take it as is.

Good Lord this show gets racy. I'm loving it for some strange reason. Her sidekick kinda reminds me of Claudia on Warehouse 13

They aren't beeping the language, at least not on the midnight showing. I'm really digging the show too - Bo not so much, but I really like Kensi - both the actor and the character.

Been watching this for a while now, second season is actually a bit better then the first, the actors have really grown into their roles. It's too bad season two is already over :(

I caught the first couple of episodes on SyFy and I didn't see much cut from the Canadian version other than some language. There isn't outright nudity in the show but it comes close, so I don't think that will be cut from Syfy.

I've got both seasons on my computer which was transferred from my DVR since there is not a dvd release of the show yet, which is too bad, I think it would actually sell pretty well.

I heard it got renewed for a third season as well so thats good.

Season 2 is 22 episodes and they've only had 15 so far. The next episode is on February 12th. Well that's what it says on Wiki & TV.com. :dunno

As I am watching it, I am noticing there aren't really any changes. I have seen all of Season 1 and most of what has aired in Canada of season 2, and been keeping up here in the usa. So it's good that they aren't cutting anything. I'm happy about that.

Kenzi was my favorite at the beginning. And while she is really funny, sometimes she can get on my nerves. But you still have to like her, I mean, she's Kenzi. She says the things I'm usually thinking, out loud.

First season will be out on dvd once the first season is done airing in the USA.

Glad to know that is has got some steam left in it for at least another 2 more seasons. I love the look of it and the characters. Plus the fact that the police detective looks like Chris Martin of Coldplay is a bonus.

Im watching season 2 at the moment and gotta say the chemistry between Bo and Lauren is off the charts! If the writers planned on Bo being with Dyson, they really need to change that plan :)

Im really enjoying the show, hopefully season three gets even better.

Yeah, I felt Bo and Lauren's chemistry was definitely a lot stronger than Bo and Dyson. But there is so much back and forth with those two (well, with both pairs) that it gets frustrating at times.
