Just received Faramir, and yes, it looks rather good.

And another sceptic bites the dust when they receive the awesomeness that is 1:6 LOTR in person.

By all appearrances I will be dining a meal of hastily spoken misinformation right about a week from now. Anybody know what sauce goes best with crow?

And I am truly ecstatic at the thought of Sam Gamgee having a super detailed 1:6 scale figure...imagine all of the accessories! And I hope the exclusive is his seasoning box full of salt. That was great scene in the book.

the good thing is we now know what all SS has instore for LOTR for SDCC. The bad is we now know ALL SS has instore for us at SDCC!

I'm glad to see a Sam and Frodo coming, but I would of been excited as hell for a Gimli, then I could see how they went with the Aragorn and Legolas. But I guess what they meant last week is that Sam and Frodo went with the four already released figures because they interacted with all four of them.

Is this for real? That means we'll finally have more than half the Fellowship!!! So will Frodo and Sam be released separately or as a twin-pack? Can't wait to see all of Sam's cookware, Sting, and Frodo's mithril shirt (hopefully). I can hardly believe we're actually going to have 1:6 scale HOBBITSES!!!
