Ok, i got mine!! no scratches, perfect but i have a concern, one of the lights in the eyes doesn't always stay on, it's very low, i don't know if i should contact sideshow about it, you'll see it's his right eye. I just don't wanna send it back and then wait for another one what do you guys think? just keep it? not like i'm gonna have the lights on all the time.

you may want to replace sideshows brand x batteries with new ones? But the batteries seem to be at full strength? if it still dosen't light up, you'll probably need a replacement.

Yeah, they are fully charged, i called up sideshow to see what they can do, they said even said "With the one light not working we can always send you a new one or give you a refund" so i have 2-3 days to think about it, i might just go for a new one, even though it isn't that big of an issue, $200 is $200 and if i'm spending that money, i would want it to be perfect. I just feel bad for this bust ={

With the new one, and put in a request for them to test out the lights on your new one before sending it to you. I did that with my SIM. They may have you smash that bust or more likly have you send it back.

Yeah, i have it all packed up and ready for it to be sent back, i'll just know it'll be bugging the hell outta me, but i at least i already called, got it over and done with and i'll get my new one. Thanks for the advice everyone!!!
