Now I'm gonna get nitpicky here--technically, wait listers are not getting theirs as quickly as those who preordered immediately. Theirs have shipped and mine has not, so they are not getting them as quickly, but faster.

Oh well. The anticipation is just part of the fun!! I hope that this evening's posts have been understood to be as tongue-in-cheek as I intended! We're all just having some fun and savoring the anticipation for this great figure. (I don't really want to go after the Wait List guys with an axe...)

Besides, I will have my new Ringwraith on Steed to cheer me up if my Luke doesn't show up this week!

Now that's just weird. Shipping in the order received makes sense. Shipping last placed to first makes sense. Shipping in alphabetical order makes sense. Shipping according to state or zip code makes sense. Processing the VISA payments first, then the Mastercard, etc.--that would make sense. Shipping randomly doesn't make sense to me. How do they keep track of which ones have been processed? How do they go about their random choice--pick them out of a hat? I mean, doesn't the computer list them in one kind of order or another? I'm sure the software sorts the orders according to one of the previously mentioned criteria, and not randomly. Logistically, there are many ways I could see them shipping and processing, but doing it randomly just seems like a total mystery to me...
