Tom, you'll get yours today or tomorrow at the latest, right? Pjam, sorry you haven't heard yet but maybe asking Sideshow to bulk the reg and ex editions together is what's holding up your order. At least you know SS listened to your request.

Anyway, he's a cool figure with only minor "flaws". I posted my thoughts so far on the "image" thread.

OK, I'm going back to play with Luke :D

Enjoy him, Wor-Gar!! You've earned some quality time with Luke after all of the stress and anticipation. Sooner or later we will all have one in our greedy little clutches...

I think he looks best in that shot with the Vader (3/4 angle on right side of Luke's face) just amazing!
 
Looks like my Luke has officially been delayed. After driving him around for five hours in Bakersfield, they have returned him to the Fedex facility with a rescheduled delivery date of 3/24. Looks like I had him shipped to my work address, and the office closes at noon on Friday, so if he doesn't get there by then I will be waiting until Tuesday, since I don't believe they deliver on Mondays. What fun! I'm almost tired of thinking about it.

I much prefer the usual method of getting my shipping notification immediately and having the package show up the next morning. This new experience of waiting while tons of people get an e-mail before I do, combined with delays and rescheduled deliveries almost takes the fun out of it.

(Meanwhile, all of the people waiting for theirs to arrive in Europe think I'm a complete idiot, whiner, and crybaby...)
 
Still no shipping notices and my friend who lives down the street got his last night. Kinda bummin'.

No shipping notice here either. The constant threads about Luke's arriving have made my brain haywire. On the car forum I go to, someone had a post called "It Finally Came!" and my first thought was somebody here also ordered Luke?!?
