If it really is first come, first serve, why did some of the wait-listers get theirs sooner than some of us? Do I sound bitter?

Dang! I wish I hadn't said anything about my order being a wait list conversion. Once it is converted it is a regular order like everyone elses.

I'm going to cut Sideshow some slack due to the move. Typically, it is first come first served. I think that maybe the move got them all confused. We'll see if things go back to normal with Legolas/Gimli and PF Obi-Wan.

When has it been said it was first come first served? It really has nothing to do with the move. As I said I ordered the Morgul Lord statue the day it came out and didn't get mine shipped till the second round of shipments which was 2 weeks after it started. It's a random thing both processing and shipping.

Chicky confirmed at one point that they usually ship orders out in the order they were placed. Like with PF Vader--those who ordered first got theirs first. I ordered the next day and was bumped into the second wave because he was shipped according to the time the order was placed.

In most cases, we process and ship out in the order in which the pre-orders were placed. We ask for everyone's patience during this time frame!

I'm sorry, I'm not really upset with Sideshow or anyone who's had their order processed. It was just a poor attempt at humor. Waiting a few more days won't kill me.

When it's my Boba Fett PF, if I get my order in early, I definitely want to be one of the first to receive it!!! Looking at all of these pictures of Luke is giving me Jedi Envy.

As far as Luke goes, a day or two of extra waiting won't kill me. Like I mentioned somewhere in this mighty thread, they told us at one point to expect him in April. The fact that they will get him all shipped out in March in the middle of moving into a new warehouse says a lot about Sideshow.

No--Fedex rerouting it is definitely not Sideshow's fault! Sorry if it sounded like I was saying that. I meant that if things got shipped in a different order than usual it was OK. Fedex screws up in some way a good third of the time when dealing with my Sideshow orders. Don't know what's so hard about putting it on a truck and driving three hours to the north...

This sucks, my Luke will be here on the 28th but he will not get opened. I ordered a regular version of all the SW figs to display and the exclusives to remain sealed. So basically I have to wait another couple of weeks (?) to open my Luke.

LOL!!! GSR, me neither! I keep being tempted to look, but I just can't do it! I feel like if I look at the pics, it might spoil the surprise of getting it in person! I also don't want to read people's positives and negatives. I want to decide for myself first and not have any preconceived notions in my head.
