Their Human sculpt figures and bodies are crap. They have some good figures with some nitpic issues, Scum and Villany are their best line by far.

It's all pretty close really... but the Production figure just misses a bit in most categories. Misses majorly in the sculpt.

Yikes! Having seen the proto at C7, which looked every bit as nice as the HT figs on display, this production piece really disappoints! I'm amazed at how the entire head has changed???? At least there was an excuse when SS was doing a separate eye plate.

Seems like the accurate mole placement was over compensating for.. well, everything else.

Just don't know why it would ever be expected that they update the box starting with this figure, that's all.

Because the gap between the prototype and the production piece is so vast that it seems dishonest.

It seems pretty shifty on Sideshow's part to preview a prototype that looks great, charge a nonrefundable deposit, and deliver something that turns out looking like crap. It borderline feels like false advertising.

Usually when I read the "false advertising/bait and switch" comments it feels like hyperbole but in this case I'd wholeheartedly agree. The difference between the two is staggering.
