It could be a single sculpt with removable hair and a clamshell helmet. I don't know otherwise how a properly scaled helmet would fit.

Just to clarify that he does not have his lightsaber with him.
I wonder where he left it in the movie? Not with Leia. Not inside R2. Not with 3PO. Hmmmm... he doesn't have a room at that base since he wasn't expected. I guess he just left it in his Rebel Flight Locker with his Tatooine duds and skidmarked undies.

I can't believe they wouldn't include a lightsaber. Granted I realize that he doesn't use it during that scene but still its a pretty standard Luke accessory.

I'm on tapatalk right now without a full view on the thread, but just to be clear, you know that's an edit I made to the image right? I also lighted the face, increased contrast, lightened and colored the hair, tweaked the eye color, changed the large lettering to red and got rid of the other text that should never have been there in the first place.

He did have a lightsaber on Dagobah when he was in the same outfit. Granted, the sculpt should be radically different, but I'd be surprised if he didn't have a lightsaber.
At 3.33....
That ESB outfit has quite a few differences to this one - some obvious, others more subtle. And this version has no utility belt to hook a lightsaber on. The SSC guys stated at SDCC (in video) - "he's from ANH so is sans blaster and lightsaber."
The pistol sort of makes sense as Kenner 3 3/4" homage though.

We didn't see his underwear either, but I'm sure he was wearing something under that suit. His blaster and Saber were in the glove box man!

Also, I almost forgot. ck1 will be waiting for the eventual Hot Toys release.
I think this sculpt is dead on. Great job SS! I'm probably more pumped for this look than even the Hoth look and the Hoth parts/looks of ESB are my favorite in the whole series.
Maybe it's because of what a nice contrast this will give to the rest of the line.

So I wonder if this will go up during Spooktacular or if it'll be a while yet. I wasn't that excited about this version of Luke at first, but if the price is right I'll probably get it.

I'm surprised everyone hates this. This will look real boss standing next to my GI Joe Buzz Aldrin astronaut.
