Got Mace today, a day later than I would have with FedEx ground - forgot to get that changed so they wouldn't use UUPS. (pronounced "oops").

My Mace exclusive is supposed to be here on Tuesday the 5th. According to the tracking info it has been stuck in Memphis since Thursday. I hope he makes it. Any thoughts? According to UPS, it was delayed due to bad weather. He left California on Tuesday. If it was in Memphis on Thursday, I don't see why it didn't come on Friday.

This happens pretty consistantly to me with UPS deliveries. I believe what happens is the delivery date is calculated when they receive request to pick up the item from the retailer. Since the item is then not picked up until the next day, it then appears in tracking as rescheduled, and the actual delivery date is bumped back a day.

This has happened three separate time with UPS recently. Twice I had shipments initially sent to the wrong place and had to be sent back and then sent out again. And now this.

Since I started ordering from Sideshow and using Fedex, I didn't have any late deliveries and they delivered on Saturday. Can you request Fedex from Sideshow? Does anybody think switching would slow down the time it takes to get my order from Sideshow?

You can request your shipments from SS anyway you want them. However, Fed Ex will not insure shipments under $100 so all of your 12" would be shipping at your own risk and SS wouldn't replace ANY damages. That's why they switched to UPS for all small orders but still use Fed Ex for all the PF's and expensive pieces.

Wow, nothing has happened on my Mace preorder yet, it's still at order placed. this is the slowest order of them all. At least I'm not going to be there anyway to see it.

It had the pending charge last week, but after a few days it was not charged and so the charge went away. Now nothing is happening.
