Damm now here comes all the Mace Exculsives to ebay. I really wish I had known about these earlier. No I am stuck looking on ebay for all of these and they all are double the price. As one other said if you are thinking of canceling, give us a shot. Maybe we can work something out.

I just got off the phone with a super nice woman named Jennifer and can now breathe a huge sigh of relief.

She said Han (who I've got covered financially) won't even probably start shipping until they get 2 other items out and that the Mace and Obi-Wan won't start charging and shipping until probably mid-late Sept. with Qui-Gon even after that.

Not only that she explained that if my card is declined they send an email to reply in 5 days and if I want they will hold the figures for 30 days until I can pay for them. This solves my problem totally because I finally start getting paid on the 15th of Sept. and will be able to get back on track and buy all of my exclusives I have on order.

I have worked customer service for several major corporations (including one now) and I can honestly say I've never seen a company with such friendly, excellent service as Sideshow. I mean, what other company is willing to hold a product they have tons of people on a wait list for in order to appease one customer? Especially for 30 days!

I understand now all the "testimonials" about how kickass SS treats it's customers.

I glad you were able to get everything cleared up and your fears removed.

I think a lot of people we not noticing that the figures weren't even due to the warehouse for 20-25 days. That's pretty much a month before anyone will be charged and then there's another 3-5 days for the processing. I still haven't seen any pre-auth for Han and I got that notice on Monday.

You know, maybe they did SDCC Vader different than Han but My card was never even charged for SDCC until two days after he shipped to me.

I've never had that happen. I always get a pre-auth (like Leia now), then a charge, then the shipment.

I will never doubt Sideshow again.

My girlfriend just kept rolling her eyes over my constant worrying about losing these figures so it was nice to have a support group of people who understood my plight.


From what she said, it sounded like they haven't even come close to getting to shipping Han let. I believe she said we wouldn't see charges for that until starting next week. Said something about they were just now getting the Iron Man out the door.

I hope, I got an e-mail two days ago saying my card would be charged in the next 2-3 days, and so far that's always how it is. I wouldn't be surprised if he got to me by the end of the week; it's been like that every other time.

Well, I know that I have a week wait after I get a shipping notice so it's kind of a buzz kill. For those west coasters you could get a notice tonight and he's there tomorrow. I'd imagine that's kind of exciting.

I had been expecting him Saturday, but with the switch to UPS there aren't going to be Saturday deliveries any more. So now I am thinking early next week.
