Geez, Edge of Tomorrow barely topped $100 million domestic last year. What is with this country's sudden aversion to decent sci-fi?

Obviously Interstellar did decent enough. I still need to watch that one.
Yeah, Oblivion is quite underrated, don't forget The Edge Of Tomorrow, another great Tom Cruise sci-fi that got the PO shaft.

Interstellar is a beautiful movie, you should expect a 2001-esque popcorn movie, high concepts, bite-sized for the masses, one could say the dumb masses, but it's good nonetheless.

Intersteller sucked. :lol

2001 it is not.
Don't listen to him, he's gonna watch AoU again instead of FR, he probably tortures puppies too.

I can recommend driving while blaring the soundtrack. You'll run over about 12 people, but worth it.

When it comes to action movies I have only one pet peeve that I cringe when I see it.

I wish movies wouldn't resort to using it but many do. (Even Avengers).

Cars driving backwards just because directors/stuntmen thinks its cool.

Its not for me, it always pulls me out of any movie because it crosses my imaginary line of what I find realistic, especially since they do it for a prolonged period of time.

What's next, Han Solo flying the Falcon backwards.
