Betty is still fat, I guess she will get skinnier as the season progresses. I do like the darker hair on her.

Just about to post that in season 4 she became attractive IMO

Betty was actually one of the high parts of this episode for me, surprisingly. I don't know if that's a good thing for JJ or a disservice to the episode itself.

It was a very intellectual episode. I enjoyed it. Lots of poetic moments. A lot of room for interpretations. One of the things I like about madmen is the shorthand feel that the characters have with each other. As a viewer you feel like you never know EXACTLY what they are talking about or thinking although you can infer. It invites you to participate in that way.

Also the promos are esoteric and weird with a bunch of non sequitur lines. Cool stuff
