Dodgers take the first game against the Marlins, but I wouldn't be surprised if we lost the next two.
We've been losing most three-game series.

We're not even a .500 team. :(

The sweep we deserved since we couldn't hit a lick but the injury is way, way, way worse than any sweep...

Two loses were by a run and I think the first game of the series was 5-1? Anyway, I'm just worried about offensive production and how the staff will be handled without Buster.... I'm hoping that once Pablo gets back that he can fill the offensive void. Maybe if a few of the others get hot we can make it through.

if they have to keep putting out the same roster they have today, they will sink to the bottom of the division before the AS break. Too much in-experience out there and no offense at all to go with it.

You guys might take the next series too. The Rockies haven't won a series in like 4 weeks. We're crashing an burning.

Go (away) Rockies.... :lol :(

Nah. I watch every single friggin game and hope they improve. They've lost sooooo many 1 run games its ridiculous. When they are right mentally they're as good as any team, but the hitters have no confidence right now.

Go Giants!!!

Leave it to the Cards to make lefty pitchers look like Cy Young.
Any others you have in the arsenal that need to pad some stats? :lol

Doesn't Colorado also lead the majors in 16 come-from-behind wins?

After watching them face the Cards, I have to say they are just hard to figure out. They could be the talk of the town come playoff time or a complete bust. Just such a roller coaster of emotions with that team.

Well, Bumgarner is 21 and has only allowed 11 earned runs in his last 7 games. The record can be deceiving but he's a super good, young arm.... He was AWESOME in game 4 of the WS last year.

I don't think the Rockies have many come from behind wins this year, at least none of them have come late in games. The team just doesn't make any sense at times. They streak one way, then streak the other. Never consistent. They go 18-7, 7-18, 18-7 etc.

Edit I see they do have 16 "come from behind" wins. But only 3 of them are after the 7th inning I believe. None when trailing in the 9th.

I didn't think it could happen, but it's true.
Dodgers take this series against the Rockies with one more game tomorrow.

Matt Kemp jacks another into the stands and so does Casey Blake.

The Rockies are such a head case of a team. No heart. I think they've actually already quit on the season.

Not too long until they fire the manager. Cargo and Tulo have this team by the balls for the next several years and it looks like they have already slipped into complacency. To think a month ago they were #1 in most power rankings. :lol

Yeah, I'm not discounting what he brings to the table, I just think the Cards made themselves look even more foolish in that game. He was throwing some stuff that I was for sure would be hit hard, and then I remembered this is the Cards we're talking about. They're approach to lefties continues to boggle the mind.

They'll be back. They have the arms and fire power to get it done, until then, remain seated and keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times. :lol

Holliday and KMac headed to the 15d DL.

I just hope they can stay afloat. Lance Lynn to be called up and pitch tomorrow on 3 days rest (7 innings!). :horror
He had a dang good spring, but I'm not sure he's ready for the show with only 3 days in-between starts. They should make Franklin do a spot start to make up for the blown saves this year. :lol

With Tommy John surgery on the horizon it seems like it's time to say sayonara to Daisuke Matsuzaka. The Sox bid way too much on him and he never lived up to the hype that surrounded him, but we'll always have '07.

Indians have been playing awful in the field lately. It's like someone rubbed lard on the balls. They can't catch anything!

They're slipping, that's for sure.

I was with you. Just last month, I swore they would be the one everyone in the NL West would be trying to catch in September/October.

Maybe after the All Star game they'll snap out of it.

Oww! That's gonna hurt.
They had the 1-2 threat with Puljos and Holliday in the line-up.

By the way, do they still have Puljos playing third?

Hate to lose those two guys for a couple weeks but the team as a whole is doing alright. Pujols is getting it moving in the right direction and I would expect will put up the usual numbers.
