The Yankees.... I don't even know what to say. I wanted them so badly to get Tulo and they didn't. Jays are 14-1 with him.

Tulo was a huge pick up for them. If the Wilpons would quit using Madoff as an excuse, the Mets would have a chance at picking up big contract guys like Tulo. It's a shame that this team has to suffer under this ass backwards ownership. They better at least sign Cespedes at the end of this year if they want to continue to win, and regain some faith of the fans.

Sucks for the Yanks. They're starting to get ice cold while The Jays are getting red hot. Oppositely on this side of town, the Mets are heating up big time and the Nats are hitting a rough patch. Exciting baseball right now!

Tulo will turn 31 in October, has an injury history and has another $94 million, guaranteed, coming to him. Yuck. :ohbfrank:

Jays going to a four-man rotation. Watch them pitch Price until his arm falls off. :lol

Tough one, we won it in the 10th. Pitcher took a shot to, scary moment. Hope he and Tex are okay.

He's damn lucky that it was a minor nose fracture! That could've been a whole lot worse.

Odd choice. If they're playing ball in October those guys will be sleeping on the mound

David Price thought he was going to the Yanks....

WHY DIDN'T THEY GET HIM? :gah:

I don't know what its farm system looks like and its future needs, but Detroit likely would've wanted at least two of the following - Bird, Judge, Severino and Sanchez. Apparently, Cash didn't want to part with any of them.

Not to mention Price will be looking for a $230 million contract. At best, he would've been Sabathia 2.0. At worst, he would've been Sabathia 2.0.

Jorge honored today, Andy tomorrow.

Bombers now 19 wins away from 10,000 in franchise history.

Yea, the Reds are having a tough go at it. It doesn't help that they are in this year's toughest division. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place all have over 70 wins! Jeez! The Buckos & Cubbies aren't even wild card material but more like 1st place type teams. They'd have the top spot in pretty much any other division right now

Another wild night :rock. Broke two club records; most homers in a game (8) and most extra base hits (14). The last extra base hits record was set exactly 10 years ago today! It's magic time!!

I loosely follow most other sports but I'm a die hard Baseball guy. Every game, every pitch!
