I'm sorry but Hot Toys need to fire the artist that sculpted this if that is the best they can do. I thought the figure lookedd good till i saw this.

I thought the movie designs looked good til I saw HT figure. The movie designs blow compared to the traditional predator looks and proportions... No, they should give the sculptor a raise!! This is one set of figs I dont want totally screen accurate. HT got it right .. they fixed what the movie costume and design staff got it wrong.

The Plastic Enemies pic shows that the HS is closer to the movie version than the initial prototype. I hope all the panic/ill will about it won't stop HT from continuing with the "Behind the Scenes" blogs about figs, although I'd certainly understand if they felt it did more harm than good showing what the process is...

yea the picture in that comparison is old, the mandibles have already been updated

Yeah, I'm with Elder. That's the only thing I'd change. Otherwise, it looks fantastic. And dare I say, better than in the movie.

Indeed. Head and bio need to be bigger (bio mainly). I will also shut up about it once they've been fixed.

Still as much as I complain about the head and bio being too small, I still find the wait for this figure maddening. Q4 can't come soon enough.

everything is good i find except for the dread...a bit longer would be good but i like the size of the mandibles. I found they were too big in the movie; but thats just me.

Honestly, I think enlarging the entire head won't be done. Seems almost too big a change. But longer dreads, maybe... I'd certainly like this guy to be perfected, but he looked absolutely gorgeous even in the first official spec pics. I need this guy NOW. Along with Falconer and Tracker, of course .

I don't think it would be any harder to make the head larger than re-tooling a sculpt like they've done on a few figures in the past. I belive a mold can be made larger even from a smaller sculpt. That being said, the bio I think needs to be made bigger more than the head to be honest. But I agree, the protos pics of him are phenominal.

It is not just the jaw. The skull is shaped differently. Berserker's head is bigger! Mask is the greatest! The hair is much longer! I think they have understood all...
We can not always justify the work. Even alien big chap had made blunders as the skull inside.
I think the whole head would be resculpted.

He is Berserker and Classic where about the same size in the movie Berserker had maybe 2 inchs on him...
