In regards to the face under the mask, it's no wonder they got it so wrong considering they don't seem to have a single photo of the face in their possession. Instead, he seems to be using a photo of the original Predator's face, and modding the crest.
This is a phenomenal figure, but the issues with the head drive me nuts! This picture clearly shows how much tinier the head of the figure is, and he's got a reference photo right in front of him. Why don't they fix it?

anyway, i'm gonna agree the detail on this figure is awesome... but the head is wrong. no getting around it.

Indeed. What makes it even more amazing is these guys are probably working to time tables/deadlines and under amazing amounts of pressure to get the job done

Take a closer look and you will see that behind that piece of paper in the pic you quoted is the P1 pred and in the pic you posted his computer is out of frame so what your seeing in the background is the figure on his desk. But your right that head is to small.

The shape of the head really is way off. I still like it because it's more Predator-esque, but at the same time it's a terrible shame that he's not as monstrous as he was in the movie.

For that exact reason, I think this guy is even better than the movie and therefor want to buy it.
