Tosh and Cook are complete unfunny trash. And I'm not opposed to racy humor like Stanhope, Hicks etc, listen to Ricky Gervais' rape joke about a child, or Louie C.K. talking about how much he hates his kids, they get away with it because they are truely talented joke makers.

Tosh just points out the misfortunes of others and internet memes we already found funny a month ago. I group them with Carlos Mencia.

This was on HBO weekly, no one ever complained.

For racy humor I like Gervais and Louis C.K. also. For just comedy in general I like Brian Regan a lot. Sebastian Maniscalco is pretty good as well.
