:p

Ha!! That's hilarious!!
Robin Hood is Supes and Clark's daddy!! :lol

UMMM. TDKR was a better film. The Avengers was rife with plotholes and coincidences that everyone loves to ignore. It was entertaining if you don't think about it for more than 5 mins.

Really? Cuz I remember clearly on TDKR how for some inexplicable reason they send ALL the cops to the sewers... :lol

Or how the hell did Wayne got back to Gotham after escaping from The Pit? :dunno

Or how the hell did he recovered from a broken back with a rope?... :lol

Oh, and how the hell did they get such amazing TV reception on that ****-hole?

TDKR didn't have plot holes and convenient coincidences? :lol

It had plenty just like TDK which everyone loves. But Avengers:

Tony flies a nuke into the space portal. Why? It wasn't remote controlled. Once he pointed it toward the portal it would have continued any way.

The mothership blows up and all the aliens die. No muss no fuss.

Thor's whole appearance in this film is never really explained, and it negates then ending of his movie.

Tony is in space and falls back into the protal. How? There is no gravity in space.

Caulson dying. Not a shock or moving as he was at the time, the only person who didn't exist in the Marvel universe. Plus he doesn't have a toy.

Loki's plan. He wants to bring together the only people who can stop him, on the off chance they hate each other enough that they won't be able to stop him.

Tony's complete reversal of character development from the IM movies. Although to be fair they regressed his character in IM2.

The logic of defeating the tesseract. "It can't defend against itself."

Severe head trauma as a cure for Alien/god brainwashing.

Hulk can control anger only when it's conveinient for the plot.

Two things came to mind when I read that.

I think it's a good film. I don't think it's the best Marvel film(only counting the Disney/Marvel universe ones). I own it and enjoy it. But people pretending it's Citizen Kane is way off base. And monetary success is no indication of a film's quality. All 3 Transformer films were dog**** bad, and they all made a ton of money. I'm not saying Avengers is bad. Just that it isn't the bar by which all other comic films should be judged. It's a middle of the road action film, that gets a boost because of the characters. It's a good film. Not a great one.

I'd just like to take a moment to vote you the worst human being in the world for today for rehashing last summer's most retarded arguement.

Congrats.

Re: The Man of Steel

Ok, when Lois was about to say, 'Superman' at the end, what exactly happened there? Heard a noise - they both look at the one-way mirror....I guess it was supposed to be funny, but was confusing?

It's going to be like the Simpsons whenever someone is about to say where Springfield is located. Every time someone is about to say "Superm""Excuse me sir my cat is in a tree!"

Re: The Man of Steel

I just watched the trailer for the FOURTH time.
I´m seriously diggin´the score for it and the pictures are just extremly bombastic.
I betting Iron Man will look like a busted tin can this year and that EVEN though I like those movies VERY much.

Re: The Man of Steel

Very cool trailer, this has now surpassed Iron Man 3 and Star Trek 2 as my most anticipated movie of 2013.

We still haven't seen much of Clark Kent in these trailers, and by that I mean superman-in-disguise-reporter-for-the-daily-planet-in-glasses Clark Kent

Does he even work for the daily plant in this movie?

Re: The Man of Steel

It's been stated that he does but not throughout the fim. WB pulled leaked photos of Cavil sporting a dress shirt and glasses.

I didn't know this, but it makes me feel better that we will see Clark in glasses and working at the Daily Planet. Clark's job and disguise are as big a part of the Superman character as the S shield and cape to me.
