Re: The Man of Steel

No problem. :duff It's well made and should sell well to anyone who might be mildly interested in seeing the film.

Funny When Zack is saying "you've never seen this" he's the only director i believe is saying the truth.

Re: The Man of Steel

Purchased my two 2D tickets for June 13. I was surprised I didn't have to wait in line.

Re: The Man of Steel

Yeah same i saw the stand also! It was all bent up and crooked LOL, looks like ZOD had his way with him :lol

I have about 3 Walmarts in pretty close distance, it says the tickets are good "at your local theatre", but im not shure if they decide that or you can just use them?

Stopped by Wal-Mart today and checked out the stands of merchandise. Pretty awesome stuff. I was standing in the middle of the isle for a few minutes playing with the Zod action figure with metal beam smashing action. :lol

Re: The Man of Steel

I don't know if some of you have the same thought as me about the Fortress of Solitude from the trailers. If the FOS was made to replicate Krypton, and seeing Krypton from the trailers does not look like the the old Donner movies placed in the North Pole, then why is the FOS still seem like its in the North Pole? Shouldn't it be somewhere else remote that looks like the new Krypton?

Anyone read the man of steel movie prequel comic that came with the Walmart tickets? Was pretty surprised to see another el involved. Wonder if .... shows up or is in that ship/fortress carrying the kryrptonian frozen popsicles??

Re: The Man of Steel

May I ask what the deal with the Wal-Mart ticket stuff was, Irish? It seemed kind of like a cluster****.

Re: The Man of Steel

Walmart is a cluster **** to begin with. When they ask their employees to do anything new that doesnt involve clocking in, stocking or standing at the register they get overwhelmed and panic and chaos ensue.

When I got my tickets 5 employees were standing around and none of them knew anything about this promotion other then they could sell tickets at 8am. They didn't know the theater unitll they lokked at the tickets and don't know it came with the comic and early blue ray/vudu access.

Anyhow I got my tickets without a hitch and bailed. I already knew enough about the promo so I told them what it came with because I thought they should be informed lol. The manager said well this is the first partnership of it kind, I am sure it will go more smoothly in the future
