Re: The Man of Steel

Iron Man 3 left me feeling...indifferent. I really, really just didn't care. It couldn't have come out, and I'd have felt exactly as I did walking out of the theater; "meh."

Re: The Man of Steel

Same here, i'm sure Avengers 2 will present a new Stark attitude after the events of IM3, but meh.

Not a bad movie, but didn't grab me like I wanted. :lol

Coulson's death > Happy's injury.

Whatever that means. :lol

Re: The Man of Steel

Mhhmm, left me hollow like a fortune cookie :monkey2

dis movie gives me hope, like da S on his chest :lecture

He's not dead, it was a lie.

They'll find out in AV2 and disband with a big "F U Nick Fury, go save the world yourself, ya lying sack o' turds" :lol

LMD.

Re: The Man of Steel

In the last trailer anyone else notice the dead kryptonian body in what looks to be the fortress of solitude ship??? Could it be that kara zor'el (which we know was in that ship based on the prequel comic) is already dead and that is her body or do u think it is the other kryptonian that was on that ship with her???? What a mind **** it would be for kal if it truly is his cousin kara's dead body

Would they really kill off kara aka Supergirl in this?

Is sunstone the new kryptonite? Its possible whose ever dead body that is died because kara had that sunstone and it rendered them powerless, otherwise he/she should have survived the crash

So when Zack says no kryptonite he wasn't lying but "sunstone" on the other hand?? hmm maybe just a play on words

Same here and add Star Trek Into Darkness in this as well. I haven't left a theatre in a while with a feeling of wow. I have high hopes for MoS and Pacific Rim. I am placing all my faith in those 2.

Remember, \S/ stands for hope.

Re: The Man of Steel

Watchmen hate is a new thing now. It's been bubbling up for the past year or two.

The only people who hate that movie who's opinions even count to me are those who are diehard fans of the original Alan Moore/Dave Gibbons work and have problems with the changes. But even most diehard WATCHMEN fans like the movie. It's mostly the "Oh noes! Blue *****!!" who should **** off.

Re: The Man of Steel

WATCHMEN is better than 95% of other super hero movies out there. Don't make me punch your face off.

It was a neat movie but I never found it to be anything special. I'd give it a 6.5/10 at most. Now, Sucker Punch I love. By the way DV is a girl. Don't beat her face off. :lol

Oh, well I'll never hit a lady under any circumstances so... She wins this round. :lol

That said, this movie isn't like WATCHMEN or SUCKER PUNCH so it's a moot point anyway.

I hear you saying this in your best Scooby-Doo villan voice.

I'm sure. I do like Sucker Punch though. :yess:

Wait,

SP over WM
TLC over Raiders

:thud:

SP by a lot of WM
TLC just a little over Raiders.

:1-1:
