Superman's controlled tight speech mannerism reminds me of Bale Batman.

"My parents taught me to hone my senses Zod, to focus on just what I wanted to see."

Listen to that line, it could be Bale talking with your eyes closed.

Especially the "to focus" line.

Lex Luthor has been done to death in Superman movies. Keep Luthor in the comics and tv shows.

Bring on the heavy hitter villians for the sequels.

There is a shot in one of the latest tv spot that is a pure dream to me. A tracking shot gliding near a building facade toward a static flying Supes, the cam runs towards him and turn to reveal his face.
ITS PERFECT JUST PERFECT!
From the Setting to Supes pose just perfect!
I hope Snyder directs AKIRA or DOMU one day.
He would be perfect.

Hate to be THAT guy but does anyone else think the part where superman is hitting zod while they're flying is kinda weird? It seems kind of awkward to imagine. Also, not really a fan of how superman sounded in that clip. I thought he would sound a little more peaceful and collected. He sounded like a kid but maybe that's where he's at in the story idk. I like when he says in te other tv spot "my father thought they would reject me. What do you believe?" He sounded more supermanish to me there. Kind of inspiring unlike in this clip in my opinion

I didn't get that feeling.

But he did allow his anger to get the best of him enough so that he left his mother behind with 3 other baddies while he's beating up Zod a mile away.

I agree. I like that Lex isn't even mentioned in the Superman:Earth One novels. Bring on Brainiac, Metallo, or Parasite. Set up Darkseid. Just keep Lex and his land schemes away.

Yep, I'm with you guys on that. Totally sick of Luthor (and Loki in the Marvel franchise... hoping we get a break from him in Thor/future Avengers movies) and would prefer villains that can stand toe-to-toe with Supes.

Yeah that scene was weird leaving his mom and going through two buildings its probably in keeping with the situation and that he freaked out when his mom was attacked and so he did not think straight. I forget he is not superman yet this is superman begins basically.

On another note why is the cape burning is not made of some the same stuff as the suit fire resistant any way I am just being picky

I'm curious; if someone went through and took every new clip or snippet of footage from each TV spot, clip, and trailer released thus far, and put them together, how long it would be/how much footage was shown.
