Hello
I am a totally newbie to customizing and building my own 1/6 figures. I merely kitbash them from different sources. So please be kind when commenting on my creations ;-)

Here is my Sullustan Jedi. The head is a sculpt by Dorgmal Snow. It is not completely finished as I want to add some drool to his chin ;-)

This is a Jedi Master from the Old Republic era several thousand years before Classic Star Wars. His hands are not final as I am out of hands at the moment ;-)

As all of my figures this is a character from my Star Wars RPG. He is a Cuy'val Dar, a mandalorian who was chosen by Jango Fett to train the Clone Commandos on Kamino. As he feels very loyal to his "boys" he decided to wear an armor similar to theirs.

This is a Jedi from the Clone Wars era. I always imagined the Jedi to be some kind of Sci Fi Samurai/Ninjas and wondered why there aren't any asians in the movies.

This is my attempt on Kal Skirata. As Robert Hendrickson based Kal Skirata on actor Ed Harris in his illustration for the SW Insider, I decided to go for a Ed Harris head when making my Kal figure. As I couldn't find a 1/6 mandalorian armor for a good price I opted for a more mercenary type of clothing. Maybe someday I will be able to make his armor.

These two figures were the first "kitbashed" figures I ever made. The left one is supposed to be a female Jedi (I am still looking for a blue cloak) and the right one some kind of ladykiller/smuggler ;-)

Excellent work and great to see em up on the boards. I love the Sullustan Jedi its brilliant and the Duros captain is ace and the blue coat really sets t off well (ow by the way I did not sculpt that it was the work of Rogue trooper)

The Old Republic Master also looks great... Love the robe.
I think you have chosen some brilliant heads to use and they all look great.

:)

Damn I hate all these newbies with WAY better skills than mine!! Great work Marquito75, love them all and the little description for each figure is great. Congrats and keep up the good work!!

Very nice kitbashes you have done there.

Though I'm not familiar with the story/background of him,I really like your take on Kal Skirata.I've always be a fan of Ed Harris & have been wanting to pick up one of those heads myself for the sole purpose of bashing some sort of rebel or imperial commander.

:clap Nice work, on all counts! Of course, the sullustan and Duros sculpts are not entirely Dorgs's creations... the sullustan was a magnet or something and the the Duros was sculpted by Enaud... but of course Dorgs did cast them.

The sullustan looks kinda weird, being so blue... never seen a bluish one before. Looks interesting though.

Anyway I like all the figs you've done so far, especially the Cuy'Val Dar custom character. I was actually thinking of using clone armor with a Mando helmet for a future custom, but you beat me to it!

Welcome to SSF, I'm looking forward to seeing what else you come up with!

Kal is one of my fav characters too so I did him but acquired a spare medicom chest armour for him (thanks dorgs!)

Actually the Sullustan is painted light grey. Must be the lighting that he seems to be blue.

Well, here's the pic I see:

and if the face really is supposed to be grey (as in, it has no color value whatsoever,) it should look like this instead:

He still looks bluish, so it may just be the contrast with other colors.

He is grey! I painted him with a color called "light grey". I can see that he seems to be light blue in my posted pictures but that might be because I took it in the evening with poor lighting.

Yeah, I believe you! It's just that in the picture, he is blue...

My camera turns things blue a lot if it doesn't know how to deal with the contrast and stuff, so that's probably what happened.
