Kit was selling hats for the ‘89 Alfred. It fits the ‘66 as well.

I don’t believe that is correct. It only fits the 89’ and (probably) 66’ Riddler. That’s why a 66’ Alfred head is being fashioned for the upcoming accessory set.

I was going to put the day clothes/green apron on him, but he looks so good in the tux making for a striking display with black behind the red bat-phone. I positioned the glasses slightly lower to give Alfred more of an expression, and with the angle of his head it works really well. It’s a wonderful sculpt with fantastic detail. I love it! I can’t believe this figure exists! Thank you MARS!

I don't recall seeing anyone using the 89 bowler hat on the 66 Alfred. Has anyone posted a picture?

I've been explaining that to those who asked for a removable bowler instead of one sculpted permanently to the head.

A removable hat to fit Alfred's hair would resemble this:

Riddler's bowler looks similarly sized to '89 Alfred's, so I just had to give it a go...

"Well, here's another nice mess you've gotten me into, Master Wayne!"

I got it just to put with him. I knew it wouldn’t fit. The photo of Alfred above is funny but what is not funny is the shape. It’s not flattened out. The top is nice and rounded. The one I was sent is flattened on top.

Responding to the question “what did I want” when I asked for a replacement sent in a box with proper space for it rather than the way it was sent. I’d like it sent in a box by itself…

It did not reform to the shape when I heated up with a heat gun. I don’t have a hair dryer… my head is buzzed.

I’d be happy to return it for a replacement since it is flat and then it can be reshaped by the seller and resold. However, I believe we are responsible for how we do things and putting it on top of the Alfred box was not the way to do it. Not without breaking through the box and flattening out.

There is a perfect spot to add a hat (if ordered) in the box. If the choice is going to be made to cram it in the box that was only intended for the Mars Alfred figure. Why not open the figure box and put it inside?

Putting it on top could have damaged the Alfred box… just isn’t a very thoughtful choice to cram it inside.

Boil some water and drop it in for a 30 seconds or so and it ought to soften up enough to return to its original shape. Once it does, run it under some cold water and it will solidify in its original shape again.

Thank you! I did try boiling but it returned to the deformed shape, over and over.

I will try cooling it down right away. That could be what it has needed.

your box isn't damaged and i told you numerous time your hat is totally fine

tell me - did i not take care of your case before? did i not sending you replacement when there's issue?

I just notice that you also ordered the extra alfred body, if you are so disappointing with me, I can offer you full refund of the NRD so you can get it elsewhere, this is the only thoughtful choice i can offer you

Because i see you keep arguing the hat is flatten, i just don't need anymore headache in future, who knows if you keep thinking something is different again and tell me to send you a return shipping label?

This has been bugging me since you made your first post, but I don't understand how you believe the hat broke through the box when the puncture is clearly inward?

After I opened the box I pushed the box back to take a photo with the label tracking back intact. I was told take a video when opening, and plenty of photos.
