they should have made the base larger for sure and i did sort of wish the billy clubs played a larger part in the pose, but still doesn't take away from how great the sculpt looks.

I believe there were some photoshop requests, mind you these dimensions are taken from the sideshow site so they are what they are. Just for the record...I hate the Elektra PF...with all the hate I can muster.

Would only display this with Punisher if it were a museum pose with logo base. Punisher and Deadpool match up better.

From what I have been hearing from local retailers, Sideshow is putting the squeeze on them, restricting their ordering quotas, cutting down their wholesale pricing, & generally playing hardball. Now this is for Canadian vendors, don't know if this applies to the USA & beyond.

It is the same in the US. My AD had some serious complaints about the changes they've made, and if it wasn't for one particular distributed product he would drop SS from his store.

The pose kind of reminds me of pitcher after throwing a fast ball strike.
Why is playing hardball, they have higher ES nowadays, wouldn't they want their product distributed everywhere if possible.

I think that kind of stuff looks cheesy. But I'd really have to see it. Like if it was a tight rope or a ugly dangling limp piece of rope.

A PF doesn't need to be mixed-media. Go on the Apocalypse, Wonder Woman threads & say there lame because they have no mixed-media either.

I'm a big DD fan & I love it, the detail is awesome. The only thing I would of liked would be for the base to be taller

This piece is slowly growing on me. The sculpt is just awesome, love the muscular detail and the paint as well. I dig the base. Obviously, I would have preferred something a little more dynamic and interesting. I don't really like some of the photos of him from the front, BUT I really really dig the profile pic, and I think if I get him, I would display him like that, with a slight angle... Looking at him, it feels like a clenched fist, slowly tightening into a ball of energy...if that makes any sense....lol...
