Marvel, Star Wars or Lord of the Rings, Which Line is for you?

With all the people jumping onto the Marvel 'Bandwagon' and a lot of people dropping other lines to focus on Marvel, I thought it'd be interesting to see what percentage of you are going to focus on a certain line, or if you will collect all three.

I myself focus on Marvel, been down since day one!!

I still love Star Wars though! :chew

While I'm focusing a lot of the Marvel side of things my focus is still definitely Star Wars.....for now. If SSC announces a 1/6 line though I definitely feel a shift. In all honesty, I have nothing but Star Wars on PO from SSC Direct and all my Marvel from various etailers.....not to mention I'm still hunting a DOOM PF that won't require me to sell too many body organs....

LOTR PF's are great if SS will announce in the near future

SW is the least of the 3 for me.

I collect all three so I don't feel I can really vote for just one. Give me that option and I choose it.

SW is easily my favorite but Marvel has the most impressive pieces so far. I think the LOTR PF line has the potential to be as good, if not better than the Marvel line. SS just needs to get off their ass.

I'm not into Marvel at all, and while I like Lord of the Rings I can't afford both so. I have to go with my favorite

As a movie guy, I don't really collect that much Marvel.

However, I personally think the Marvel line is the best Sideshow line. Comiquettes, PFs, and the Vs pieces are all incredible.

I think second best would be the Horror PF line. Both Modern and Classic monster icons are all top notch with plenty of detail.

After that I would go Star Wars and LOTR PFs. A step below horror but still nice pieces but it just takes too long for new announcements!!!

Again, the Marvel stuff is best IMO.

I'm a fan of all three, but I've been collecting Star Wars for 30 years now... There's no stopping me now.

I do think Sideshow makes the best Marvel pieces I've ever seen.

Sideshow is supplying Marvel fans with roughly twenty percent more items than the SW and LOTR combined (not counting SS/W pieces), and the Marvel stuff has been consistently amazing, and wonderful, and highly collectible.

That said, I collect some Sideshow SW, and no Sideshow LOTR right now, although I am very interested in dioramas and PFs from both lines. Voted for SW, as the LOTR lines are so devoid of actual choice that it would be delusional to pick that licence. Even though I'm professionally and personally devoted to Tolkien...

Well if you're gonna twist my arm, I gotta go SW. Just way too much history and way too many memories. Marvel is a close second just based on how great every single piece is. I've yet to be anything but thrilled by all seven pieces that I own.
