Always did, always will.
I haven't watched it since the theater, and probably never will watch it again. But every time I see people saying this is one of their top 3 Star Wars movies or something, I just recall how annoyed I was watching it the first time around and feel a strange mixture of pity, anger, disgust, and nausea toward those people. JYE most of all.
incidentally, as I put on ROTS to get the above screen grab - holy **** what an awful film. Even the so-called good parts aren't free of face-palm moments
Man, I'm with you on pushing back on the new films, but damn. A person can go too far!!Still more quotable and fun to watch with friends than anything TFA or Rogue One. Those movies don't have an ooba baby delivery droid.
I would bet my entire savings on the fact that BB8 is going nowhere. Having a 3 year old with several BB8 dolls and pillows also tells me that this character has a lot of value to the audience even if crotchety old *******s like you or I aren't big fans
