The goggles over the mask look pretty similar to the Spider-Man Noir design. If that pic is real, it's a shame they couldn't make it look closer to those illustrations.

Too blurry to tell plus he's plastered up against the wall.

When did Stark become an expert tailor?

Of course he couldn't outsource it, or put it together from one of the undersuits of the Iron Man suit because that'd be too mainstream.

LOL complaining that Stark could make the suit? The guy has developed all kinds of gadgets and armors, we've seen him make the Mk1 out of junk in a POW camp, but him developing/manufacturing a suit for Spider-Man is just too unbelievable. Right.

Stark is a weapons manufacturer, body armor, tactical clothing would or course be in his arsenal and R&D teams.
Much like his dad who got Cap his original costume.

Developing Spidey armour sure but sewing? Him being a mechanical genius doesn't make him a genius at everything

This is getting silly now. lol

It's heavily implyed that Stark is responsible for all the Avenger's 'suits'. (save for Thor and Vision of course). It's more believeable that if they're brining Parker into the fold, he'd hook him up too. No one is saying Stark himself is sitting at his dining room table with a sewing machine and yards of spandex.

It's heavily implied that after the events of The Winter Soldier that Stark is bankrolling just about anything Avengers (taking over from SHIELD) which would include their suits. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities that he would create or have created a proper suit for Spider-Man. Since they've implied as well that there wouldn't be an Iron Spider suit in this, it'd be a nice nod of a suit presentation of any kind. I'm sure in Spider-Man films going ahead, he'll change suits and probably use the Stark given suit for a template.

It's just a gift probably for a job well done.
