Damn, I just looked that up. The death is listed as "accidental decapitation" and the video is even on YouTube. Gruesome stuff.

Going by a comment I saw, the producer Frank Marshall (Kathleen Kennedy's husband) avoided police questioning even though he had signed the checks for 'petty cash' that illegally paid for the two Vietnamese children to be filmed so late at night. The director John Landis walked away without charge as well.
