The latest trailer shows some really exciting stuff to come. Makes me wonder if:

Vision is a prisoner of this world. There is a scene in the new trailer where vision has crossed over to the real world. You can see from his silhouette that he has that hole on his head. So he seems to be a walking corpse.

Also, in the last episode:
Wanda ejecting Geraldine/Monica out of Westview has Monica going through 4 walls... literally breaking the fourth wall to get back the "real" world.

I'm on the other end of this. I think the first two episodes did a great job at establishing the tone and the mystery of the world of Westview. I found them to be an entertaining watch at the very least. It's not your typical Marvel though so it might throw you off if you are looking for the usual MCU tone.

Yep I am the same. Those episodes were so important setting up everything. Watching episode 4 without them wouldn?t make much sense. Plus they are just fun, seeing them do that magic act cracks me up every time I watch it. Flourish!

Same here.

Ok. I have not watched any of this show yet.. Is it getting good? Is it worth the time?

I would look back and read what peeps are saying but I am worried about spoilers if the show is getting interesting.

There isn't a ton of time investment required. I say try it. There is no way this will ever be my favorite show but it's getting a bit interesting. Not sure yet if I'll like the end result myself.

I liked it from the first episode. Marvel committed to risk-taking and executing well, great acting.

I grew up watching those terrible sitcoms. So seeing a rehash of the tired tropes from the 50-70?s was somewhat of an unpleasant reminder of the trash we watched as kids.

I hated most TV from those eras, so they ?tribute? to the golden age of television was really really really boring.

To drop actual plot and story in the last 5 minutes of each of those episodes was typical bait to keep you watching. Watching the prior episodes recap would be more than enough for those episodes. The vast majority was filler masquerading as honoring old TV shows.

They could have established Wandas world in a single episode that switched between eras every 5 minutes and the effect would have been the same.

In a way it reminded me of LOST where you had 30 minutes of exposition followed by 5 minutes of plot movement...... except at least with LOST , watching the cast chew the scenery was entertaining.

So... the first three episodes were utterly pointless. Episode 4 was the first episode I liked. Cool to see some of the call backs.

A surprise to be sure...but a welcome one!!
That defo isn't Wanda making that decision though, obviously someone else made that choice for her with the cliffhanger...u can tell by her reaction.

So it looks like...

Wanda is under someone else's control just like everyone else in the town. I wonder why she stormed SWORD though. At the end of Endgame, she didn't look like she was on edge like that.

Ummm WOW

That might be even
bigger than JJJ in Spiderman

Sorry original QS actor lol

Also poor Hugh he always wanted to be the first crossover but beaten by QS actually makes sense think about it lol

As for this episode's special guest star .....

I'm very curious to see how this works out. After Wanda mentions to the twins that you can't bring things back from the dead, does this represent her finally tearing a hole in the multiverse, and bringing Pietro to her from another reality? This would set off the chain of events in Spider-Man 3 and finally culminate in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Or, as others have alluded to, is someone else controlling Wanda through all of this and they were the one to bring this Pietro to this reality? Or ... does he just happen to be another person (perhaps Agent Woo's missing person?) that is being controlled to play the part of Pietro, and he just happens to look like Evan Peters? Regardless of what direction they go, it's all good ****!

Yes, I still think Agnes may be the "she" that Norm referred to as being in his head. But Agnes did seem fearful of Wanda when she broke the news about Sparky, as well as seemingly earnest when asking if Wanda could actually reverse a death. That could still be part of a big misdirect.

As for her being on edge when storming SWORD, it's not like Wanda ever had time to properly grieve Vision. She was snapped out of existence shortly after he died, then was brought back to fight in Endgame. Although she seemed serene during that Endgame scene with Hawkeye by the lake, no doubt she still hadn't processed all that had happened.

Also, I found Monica's

somewhat testy reaction to Captain Marvel's name being mentioned quite interesting. Maybe she blames Carol for Maria's death for some reason? As Monica will be in CM2, perhaps that will be explored further down the road.

Maybe she blames the stone for the cancer

But also her
xray being blank means she is gaining her powers I guess

Yes, I was also thinking that Maria's cancer might be tesseract related. I guess that Fonzie lunchbox wasn't adequately shielded lol.

Nice theory with respect to her x-rays. Who does Monica become in the comics - Photon? I'm not up on her character whatsoever. So maybe she gets her powers from passing through the barrier? That makes more sense than her just being inside "The Hex" - if that was the case everyone would develop powers.
