Wow, that's.. not such a great name. Bioware announced that? I've been avoiding info until I've played the final game, so I don't really know.

UK, August 24, 2009 - Xbox's official Swiss site has revealed the first details on Mass Effect's long awaited second instalment of downloadable content.
Titled Pinnacle Station, the DLC pack costs a slender 400 Microsoft Points for some 2-3 hours of gameplay, and other details are still thin on the ground.
The listing would appear to be a leak, as currently the information is not available on other official Xbox sites. We don't what the Swiss for 'whoops' is, but someone in charge of the site is surely saying it right now.

How does DLC work for this game btw? Do you have to start a new game if you already finished it to play the DLC or can you play it even though you finished the game on your last savefile? Sorry if it's a stupid question.

I've been reading posts on the Mass Effect forums; there are several threads on this DLC. It appears that you have to have a game in progress and be a Spectre before you can play the DLC. There are also issues if you downloaded the first DLC in a foreign language or disk.

I can't wait for this game, I rented Mass Effect 1 and loved it 
I rarely play through the same game twice, I think I did for only 3 or 4. But I played through Mass Effect 3 times within a month. As soon as I got to lvl 60 I had to shoot straight to Blockbuster, they were about to charge the card

Crap! I got only 1 gamesave on there and it's on the last fight just before you finish the game... but I read some nad reviews on the DLC so I'll probably not buy it anyway.
The DLC is a small add on, worth $5, IMO. Its opened once you are a Spectre, and its kinda like a Multi player level without MP.....as a fan of ME1, it was worth it, but not special.

I heard a while back the DLC was supposed to be like a fight club or something. Is that what it is?
I'm thinking about getting it cause I love Mass Effect but I'm not sure yet. I know it's only 400 points but I read it's only like 2-3 hours of content and that doesn't seem like a whole lot to me.

That's what I heard, originally. In reality, its one bonus mission (looking for a Wrex family item) and a space station add on where you kinda step into a holodeck and do games like Capture the flag, survivor, etc.....its OK...if you are a hardcore fan, its worth $5, but that's it. No one will lose any sleep on this if they pass....
Also, and this is for suckers like me, they have Mass effect avatar clothing available. I couldnt resist....

Hmmm, that doesn't sound that great at all. I'm a huge Mass Effect fan but I think I'll just wait and start getting pumped up for part 2. I'll have Dragon Age to hold me over in the meantime once it comes out.

As far as I know, your going to have all new squad members for part 2. I think a few of the original characters might have cameos but I'm not sure about that.
I hope they don't bring back Kaeden or whatever his name is. The guy who did his voice did the voice of Carth in KOTOR and I always hated that character so I never liked the guy in Mass Effect.
