You're one of the few who have not at least raised an eyebrow at this pose. End of the day this pose is strange and looks unnatural. You shouldn't have to explain a pose. It should just be understood. I still don't know what Sideshow was going for. I wish they would tell us because maybe then I could try to imagine it.

i think this is the pose they are going for but with weapons down not up, i honestly dont see anything particularly wrong with it, provided it is not a normal gun holding pose...

This thread is not so long that one can't go back a dozen pages and catch up on the discussion about the pose.

Putting it simply, I feel that it's not neutral enough to be a museum-piece nor is it dynamic enough to represent a clear action. It's an odd in-between.

EX is helmeted version. Personally, I would have liked Paragon and Renegade Shepard portraits, but the helmet looks sweet too.

I assumed the EX was going to be the helmeted head though I thought it would have been the 'no mouth plate' version where you could still see Shepards face. Bummer.

Have made my peace with that pose. It is what it is. And I want a premium format Shepard !

I figured the EX would be the helmeted version. Still on the fence on whether to get the statue or not. His scars do need to be painted.

Good idea to include the helmeted sculpt, for those who play custom Sheps.

I still don't like the pose, but I really want some sort of high-end ME collectable, so I think I'm in for this one.

Let's hope this pose works well with the other ME PFs coming soon.

Shoulda been the rebrether helmet with the black visor, as it is, it's still the default shep face shown

yes i dont see anything wrong with talking about the good and the bad. You like it move on, you dont like it move on etc..isnt constructive. My view of statues sometime do change based on comments posted especially for characters i am not too familiar with. So it's all good, otherwise why bother even coming here.

anyway i dont see anything wrong with the pose personally after reading the comments, so this is a buy for me.

Will definitely be displaying him with the helmet on, it looks awesome. Just really hope sideshow not screw up the production version as the helmet head is not easy to make at all...

also looks like his base lights up? or is it some kind of glow in the dark thing.
