It too me a long time to figure out that Hanar one. Just keep looking around all through the Citadel and you should come across them eventually. I think the last 2 were in the same area but I don't remember what floor they were on.

Yeah I looked everywhere. There is one on the Citadel Embassies level (and even tells me on the map that there is a terminal there, but it's not interactive), and two on the Docks: Holding Area level (those don't work either) I couldn't find any on any other level.

Very nice looking game. Only got around to installing it and playing a couple minutes last night. Imported my ME2 character, and will more than likely continue the Miranda relationship if/when given the option.

From what I've read:

Miranda won't be a crew member in ME3 and the relationship with her from the last game will change dialogue options with her cameo in ME3

Man. Guys, I apologize in advance, but I'm rather disappointed so far. It breaks my heart to say so. I have a few small issues, but there's one REALLY BIG change that really pisses me off.

I'm about 3-4 hours in and I cannot stand that Shepard says stuff without prompting me with a dialogue choice beforehand.

I don't usually bold text arbitrarily, but it really bothers me that I can't choose what Shepard says during a lot of scenes in which a dialogue tree would have been ideal. This was most apparent about 2 hours in when I first reach the Citadel and meet up with Bailey. There was no 'investigate' dialogue option, or anything that would allow the player to actually TALK TO BAILEY and learn more about what's been going on with him. Something like this would've been in ME1 or ME2 and now it feels like there's a gaping hole in ME3. I understand that you can interact with him a bit later, but it's really just that the process is set to auto-pilot often that bothers me.

Some lines of expository dialogue don't need a personalized reply or dialogue prompt, and I understand the need for certain cutscenes to move along smoothly and with some (admittedly cool) choreographed sequences, but I think they've taken it too far.

Also, In the previous games, Shepard would rarely (if ever) utter a single word without your say-so. Now, he has quippy replies and one-liners? Bleh. That's not my Shepard.

Hopefully, the 'auto-dialogue' doesn't continue for the rest of this game. If it does, it knocks my personal score for it down considerably.

What mode are you playing your game in?
Action: emphasizes combat, major decisions and conversations have mix of paragon or renegade

Role Playing: challenging combat and all dialogue choices/character interactions (how other games have been)

Story: easy combat, traditional dialogue.

I wasn't paying attention and clicked on action mode...I'm not getting as many conversation choices as I would normally get...but I can't change it now the game has started....so I will finish my first run in action and do role playing next time.

Kind of annoying...but it's my fault for not paying more attention.

I had my first tear jerker moment last night. :monkey2 It still bums me out when I think about it.

Plasmid, are you playing the game on the Action setting? The demo had 3 choices; Action, RPG and Story. Maybe you lose the interactive dialogue in one of those settings.

No, it's on the default setting which should allow for full dialogue choices. Shepard does talk a lot on his own in ME3.

I had that option in the demo, but never was asked last night during the game.

Disc swapping is becoming a little annoying. I played through all of ME2 including all DLC and I think I only had to swap discs 3 times during the whole play through. I've already had to swap 3 times so far for ME3.

It wouldn't be that big a deal to me except that it feels like my discs are going to snap every time I try to take them out of the collector's edition steelbook.

Man, this story is intense....I've cried twice now. :lol The last fight I was in - there was a cut scene and I'm crying, "Please don't let him die..please"....thankfully he did not. But man...this game is killing me....I'm such a sap.

HA! I just noticed that the case (for the regular version anyway) the cover is printed on both sides, one with the male and one with the female version so you can switch it to whichever you like to play as.

I wasn't able to load my ME2 save, so I'm really hoping I don't find out at some point that Thane is dead, since he didn't die in my playthrough

Sucks bud, but hey, the sleeve on the regular edition is reversible!

:yess:

Even though, I don't play as Femshep it's pretty cool that they did that. :exactly:

You'll see him again. In fact I have seen almost all my old crew in one way or another. Many of them are fighting their own battles with the Reapers....and I won't reveal more than that.

I got stuck in some environment geometry a couple times last night, and I found that ME3 carries over some of ME2's sporadic issues involving squad mates not being active during combat and randomly disappearing when outside of combat.

Some bugs need to be ironed out, and the game stutters at the beginning of cutscenes, but otherwise my experience has been quite smooth.
