I have NEVER had this bad of CS for anything. I tried to place an order, got a server error. I placed a second order, and It seemed like it went through. I have been charged twice for two different orders, even different amounts due to choosing different shipping methods.

I call up CS, she tells me that I only have one order and that it isn't submitted. I explain to her that I have Two charges, She is trying to convince me to let her submit my unsubmitted order and get a third charge. I am being told now that I have almost 100.00 of charges that I do not have any order placed that will go through. Her "supervisor" is going to call me back, yeah right...

I would like to put the 8-back head on Mer-man, drive over to CS and stick it where the sun don't shine.

Just got off the phone with a lady and basically the pre-auths are what I'm seeing in my account and all three submissions that I have, none of them went through. She said the pre-auth should drop off my account. Should I be concerned, I think so...

I know some of you guys are pissed, but look at it this way. The numbers on Mer-Man were bumped, and STILL sold out lightning fast. If the line continues this way even after increased production, I think we stand a very good chance of seeing figures that require unique tooling. Hell, we may even see the Giants before too long this way.

I show up at home on break to order my Mer-man and he's already sold out and people are getting charged multiple times. What the heck is going on! I better be able to get one later this month.

What I don't understand is why some of you say you've been able to place orders??? were you able to even login??? the web says coming soon...again I think they're have been some kind of problem and they're ttrying to solve it?
