I know some of you guys are pissed, but look at it this way. The numbers on Mer-Man were bumped, and STILL sold out lightning fast. If the line continues this way even after increased production, I think we stand a very good chance of seeing figures that require unique tooling. Hell, we may even see the Giants before too long this way.

It's gotta be the stupid scalpers trying to cash in on the fan interest. They're probably ordering the full 10, plus the multiple orders that are being placed because of the server issues don't help.

I had MattyCollector open all morning, refreshed the page at 5 minutes of and got my Mer-Man. Then at 11:58 Eastern I had my confirmation e-mail. After that all hell broke loose.

Just got off the phone with a lady and basically the pre-auths are what I'm seeing in my account and all three submissions that I have, none of them went through. She said the pre-auth should drop off my account. Should I be concerned, I think so...

Yeah, She doesn't have a clue. The order goes through Digital driver or something, a seperate entity than Matty collector. They told me that same story when Skeletor shipped. I had two charges, and both ended up completed. I had to dispute one with Paypal debit since Matty only showed me as having one order. Digital Driver never did respond to the chargeback and I got my money back. And as a plus I did get two orders of Skeletors, even though Matty's site still never had a record of two orders.

I asked CS "how can there be a pre-auth for an order that doesn't exist?"

I could sense her brain locking up. They are in the dark as much as some of us are.

I wish CS had a e-mail for them to be contacted by, I e-mail the only address I have for them and that's when a confirmation is sent, that is prolly some automated crap box that doesn't even go to a person.

You can only wait and see. If they complete, just do a chargeback with your credit card company. There is also a slight possibility that your order still could ship.
