This was posted on Matty's facebook. If this is true then there should not be any issues which paint variations on Mer-man.

"As announced we do have more Mer-Man figures coming before the end of April. By the time we increased production, we had to send Mer-Man in two separate shipments. It is the same run, they all just didn't make the same boat."

Three different color crystals for He-Ro, packaged in the clamshell with the staff closed. And it's selling at SDCC then online. Matty better get their site fixed as people will be getting many multiples of these to get all the staffs! I already dread trying to order him.

"The staff can close up to conceal the Spell Stone and that is how it will be packaged. There will be three different colors of Spell Stones all blind packed with green by far being the most common. These will be available in both the version sold online and at the show."

I'm totally down for He-Ro, he looks like a really cool figure and I really love that celestial power sword! Might pick the King Grayskull re-run to go with him. I'm not really concerned with what crystal I get, but in the unlikely event I get a rare one, I'll try to help somewhat else out as it really doesn't make a difference to me.
