Anyone notice Spirit of Hordak drop in price on evilbay?? When he first hit he was $100 or more but I've seen a few drop - guess it depends on what you're willing to say he is worth. Is anyone on here going to the SDCC panel and calling out the guru for this headache of a release?

I'm going, but I won't... I think people overreact about everything with MOTU to be honest... I'm here to have some MOTU fun!

Nothing wrong with bringing up genuine customer issues though....we want more figures, then customer relations and service does need to get better as it plays a part on the lines vitality and future to stay afloat...

Fanboys over reacting?? Heaven forbid!
Next up on daily shocking news, it's just been discovered that Irish drink a lot!!

I am still undecided about going to SDCC but there is nothing I feel strongly enough about that would make me embarrass myself in public like that.

Asking a question about Matty's Shoddy customer service and wanting it improved would embarrass you?

Getting in a queue to ask a question is bad enough.

Getting into a queue where you are never in a million years going to get the answer you want is even more embarrassing.

Yeah I agree on both counts. You're never going to come off well haranguing a toy company at a big public event like that even if you're totally in the right. Despite the recent pop culture appropriation of "geek culture" there's still a lot of bias against people who do things like collect toys even among those who collect toys.

Well I think that it is mostly self inflicted and I find that those who collect toys or comics, are often childish themselves and or socially awkward. So no surprises there then.

There are exceptions to the rule of course but it is still a rule...sadly!

Least that what I thinks!

Will never happen....there will be groveling at Toyguru's feet when he shows the reveals and then all the bad customer service will be forgotten

Personally I am planning on voting with my money this year. I've gotten a sub pretty much from the beginning and I'm done. I don't care what they show at San Diego, I'm not getting another sub after this year.
My *** is going to be bleeding for awhile after all the shipping charges this year has cost me. I was really hesitant getting a 2013 sub cause there where only two, maybe 4 figures I wanted; but I got talked into getting one with all the doomsday talk last year and I have never had buyers remorse like I have with this year.
I'm strictly day of sale for anything I might want from now on, if Mattel doesn't want even that, then I'm okay with it. My money can go elsewhere. It's a real shame, because MOTUC is a fantastic line, but was never my primary interest and has just become too expensive for the hassle it has become. And, I'm not looking forward to a repeat performance of Armageddon if and when sub sales don't look like they will make Mattel's goal again.
