All the joints on mine are fine. The cape is heavy though, and is very load bearing on the upper torso, but I think he'll be fine over time. These figures are made solid, so I think they'll last the test of time just fine.
I can't believe this person listed Tri-Klops for $60.00 when they don't even have it. Who knows his computer may break down and he wont even get a chance to order this figure. The nerve of some people. Stuff like this pisses me off.
